A subsidiary is a company controlled by a holding company -  An Independent company is a company that is not being controlled or controlling any other companies - not in conglomerate control - often work with larger companies to get their product distributed.  The product i'm going to be analysing is a game called Rainbow Six Siege. This was made and produced by Ubisoft, a highly popular company founded in France. Rainbow Six Siege was released in 2015 making the game nearly 5 years old with constant updates to this day.  Rainbow Six Siege is a first person shooter and also a tactical shooter as you have to option to lean when fighting giving you an advantage depending on the situation. The concept of the game can be seen as quite easy but when you actually start to play it seems a-lot more complex. The game is a 5v5s shooter with one life, making you have to play strategic to not die. It contains an attacking team and a defensive team who will have to counter each other to see who will win.  The camera work in Siege is really good as it is a high quality game for the time it has been out and you also have operators in the game with in game cameras used to be thrown to scout an enemy.  You can have 360 degree cameras show...
