Wednesday 26th Jan - Copyright
A few months ago people in twitch were getting copyright strike for playing music while streaming.
Google has filed a WIPO domain dispute against Youtubeconverter.io, a site that helped people to download audio and video from YouTube. In a recent filing sent to the UK Government, YouTube classifies the action as an anti-piracy move. In the same letter the streaming platform also notes that it is taking action against piracy tutorials and cheating videos.
Mash up - is when a user or audience member uses some copyright content in their own fan production or UCG production and puts it back on line - much like a montage

Wizard Story
1. The question seems really similar to harry potter so try and not to make anything seem close to the film as it could be copyright claimed and taken down or even sued if you were to earn revenue from this. You can makeup your own story and make sure you create your own name for the school or wherever the wizards are based. You could ask an audience to read your story and see if there's anything that could be seen as copyright. You have to make sure you don't use names of harry potter or that could end badly.
